Data deletion instructions

You can have your personal information removed from Diner on Demand at any time.

If you joined a loyalty program

• Email support@dinerondemand.com from the address you signed up with, or include the mobile number on your card, and name the business whose program you joined.
• We remove your name, contact details, card and visit history from our systems and from the wallet card platform within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
• You can also remove the card from your phone wallet yourself, and reply STOP to any text to stop messages.

If a business connected a Meta account

Data received from Meta (ad account figures and lead form submissions) is deleted when the business disconnects its Meta account in the dashboard, or on request to support@dinerondemand.com, within 30 days. Removing the Diner on Demand app from your Facebook settings also revokes our access.

If you are a business user

Email support@dinerondemand.com to close your account. Your members' data is exported to you on request and then deleted as described in our privacy policy.
