Terms of Service
Effective September 24, 2026. Diner on Demand is a product of Fourdots Digital Inc.
These terms apply to businesses that use Diner on Demand and to guests who join a business's loyalty program through it. By using the service you agree to them.
For businesses
- You are responsible for the offers you make on your cards and for honouring them at the counter.
- You may only text guests who have given consent through our signup flow or another lawful means, and you must honour opt-outs. We handle STOP replies automatically.
- Staff PINs identify your locations; keep them private and stop any PIN that leaves with a device or a person.
- Fees are billed monthly per location, in advance, as agreed in your order form. Unpaid accounts may be paused.
- Your members' data is yours. You can export it at any time and it is deleted after your account closes, as described in our privacy policy.
- If you connect a Meta ad account, you confirm you are allowed to grant that access and that you will use lead data only as Meta's and your own policies permit.
For guests
- A loyalty card is personal to you and the business that issued it. Stamps, points and rewards have no cash value and can be withdrawn by the business.
- Texts are sent by the business through our service; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
The service
- We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it; we may change or withdraw features with notice.
- The service depends on third parties, including phone wallets, carriers and the digital wallet card platform, whose availability we do not control.
- To the extent the law allows, our liability to a business is limited to the fees it paid in the three months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
