The customer directory

Customers lists everyone who has taken one of your cards, newest first.

What each row shows

• Name, phone and email, as given at signup.
• Cards the guest holds, with the type.
• Visits and the date of the last one.
• Where they signed up, when it's known.

Searching

Type a name, phone number or email in the search box. Partial matches work, so "sam" finds Samantha and Samir.

Location views

On a multi-location brand, the location switcher narrows the list to guests who signed up through that location's page or lead form. Guests whose signup wasn't tied to a location appear under the whole brand. See Reports by location for how unattributed members are handled.

Export

The brand-level login can Export CSV from the top of the page, filtered by the current search. Location logins see their own guests but don't export.
