Help centerMulti-location settings
Locations, the location switcher, PINs by store and reports by location.
Locations and the location switcher
A multi-location brand has one brand account and one location under it for each store. Cards, push notifications, integrations and billing belong to the brand. Visits, members and cashier PINs are credited to locations.
Cashier PINs by location
Every scan is credited to the location that owns the PIN it was made on. That's how location revenue, visits and members stay accurate without staff choosing anything at the counter.
Reports by location
A report for a multi-location brand adds a Location performance table: one row per location, the same columns as the headline figures, a totals row, and a search box for brands with dozens of stores.
Lead forms mapped to locations
When Meta is connected, each lead form you tick can be tied to a location. Signups from that form then count for that store, and the directions text sends the guest to it.
Signup pages by location
Every brand has a signup page at dinerondemand.app/join/your-brand . Every location has its own at dinerondemand.app/join/your-brand-location . They look the same; the difference is attribution.
Billing for the whole brand
One invoice, one card on file, at the brand level.
Time zones by location
Every location keeps its own clock. A visit is counted in the time zone of the store where it was scanned, so a brand with stores in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver sees each store's real hours.
