Your subscription and invoices

Billing in the left-hand menu is where you manage the card on file and download invoices.

Manage billing

Click Manage billing to open the secure billing portal. There you can update the card on file, download every invoice, and see what's on your subscription.

Diner On Demand is billed per location, monthly. Multi-location brands are on an annual agreement.

Texting add-on

The Texting add-on panel shows whether card delivery by text is active and how many new members a month are included. Members beyond the allowance are $0.10 each and appear as one line on the same invoice. See What's included in your plan.

Multi-location brands

Billing lives on the brand account. A location's Billing page says so and links to the brand's page for anyone with access. See Billing for the whole brand.
