What's included in your plan

Texting is priced in the unit you already think in: new members, not texts.

New members

A new member is a guest we text for the first time. The card link, the directions text and the review request all live inside that member. A guest is never counted twice.

What's included

The allowance resets on the first of each month and doesn't roll over. Most months you'll never see an overage line.

Beyond the allowance

$0.10 per new member, on the same monthly invoice as your subscription, as a single line.

Included at no charge

Your toll-free number, carrier registration and compliance, opt-out handling, and all carrier fees.

Staying in control

• Your Billing page shows the texting add-on and the number of members included.
• Ask support to set a monthly cap. When it's reached, no more members are texted until the first of the month. Guests still get their card on the signup page.
