Exporting CSV and PDF
Every report page has two export buttons in its header, so the reader can take the numbers with them.
CSV
CSV downloads a spreadsheet of the report: one row for the brand, one per location, and the "not tied to a location" remainder, with every figure as a column. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets. Card-level columns appear on the brand row only, since cards are shared across locations.
Export to PDF uses the browser's print dialog with a print layout: the sticky header becomes a normal header, buttons are hidden, and the location table breaks cleanly across pages. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. For a fifty-location brand the table runs a couple of pages; the CSV is the better choice for analysis.
Turning a link off
Exports are taken from the live page, so a reader who has the link can export as long as the link is on. To stop that, Turn off the link on your Reports page.
